If you can hear the cabinet's blower running and the filter is new (or clean) this may indicate a blocked vacuum sensor port on the debris nozzle. Please clear the vacuum sensor port using this procedure http://techplanet.creo.com/output/heads/thermal/content/docs/73-3667A-C-PR01.pdf . To prevent repeated blockage of the nozzle please check to ensure that the current version of the debris nozzle is installed and, if applicable, an airjet plate is installed.

<Cause>
Cause 1: The debris removal particulate filter is almost full.
Solution: Make sure that there is a replacement filter on hand. See the label on the back of the cabinet or the user manual for particulate filter part number. The filter will need to be replaced when error number 27010 is given. The time between error #9 and #10 may be only a few days or even months depending on the type of media, how many plates per day etc. -Note: Once the filter is full you can no longer image plates until it is replaced.
</Cause>
<Cause>
Cause 2: Incorrect NVS / Software parameters.
Solution: type "set debris" or look up UDRC registry values. Compare these values to the master reference tables on page 1 of the DR Firmware Guide:http://techplanet.creo.com/output/heads/debris_removal/nav/control-set.htm
</Cause>
<Cause>
Cause 3: The message is received with a brand new particulate filter.
Solution: Clean the debris collection nozzle, especially the small pressure sensing hole in the nozzle.Check the length of the vacuum collection hose for small holes, poor hose connections, or kinks. If this is a UDRC-L (with chemical filter), inspect the top of the chemical filter. There should be a white filter paper just below the filter screen. If there was a leak in the particulate filter (blown gasket or puncture), the filter paper will no longer be white (new colour depends on media type). This accumulation of debris on the chemical filter paper can typically be blown off with compressed air, to salvage this chemical filter. Reinstall and check for increase in system flow rate.Check that the UDRC main power is plugged into a receptacle with sufficient voltage (200 VAC).
